<p>A method of multifunctional cleaning of surfaces includes the steps of cleaning and application of a coating by plasma formed in the object's near-surface zone by way of delivering a steam-gas mixture onto the treated surface via the working surface of an anode device having through openings. An apparatus for treatment of surfaces comprises a current source and a chamber, wherein disposed are a treated object, a cathode and an anode device having through openings in the working surface. The salient feature of the apparatus is the presence of a reactor disposed in the anode device, a vessel for electrolyte disposed outside the chamber and coupled to the anode device. The invention allows to improve the surface cleaning quality, provide durability of surfaces and increase the rate of a process. <IMAGE></p> |
