FIELD: inorganic chemistry, carbide materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of carbon that is precipitated preliminary from gaseous hydrocarbons or their mixtures on the chrome oxide particles surface. Method provides increased yield of carbide with relation to the parent material volume, enhanced activity or reaction system used for chrome carbide producing that ensures to decrease temperature of carbide formation reaction by 50-100 C. Method ensures to obtain carbide as both powder and articles of the definite form. EFFECT: improved method of producing, increased yield of product. |
