The pushchair frame has a pair of horizontal connecting plates on two sides of the seat member. A shock absorbing assembly (2), including a frame arrangement (20) is located between the connecting plates and is mounted to swing on them. The frame arrangement is movable relative to the connecting plates in a first direction in which the frame arrangement swings forwards and downwards, and in a second direction in which the frame moves rearwards and upwards. A spring assembly connects the frame arrangement and the connecting plates, and tensions the frame in the second direction. |
