<p>In this type of resilient tying of the rail, an insulating support (5) rests in housing of the sleeper (7) and, in the opposite part provided with a wing, the isolating support seats on the foot (6) of the rail. The tying pressure is generated by means of a screw (8) of which the head (10) is anchored to the sleeper (7). On the upper face of the isolating support (5) are provided a resilient plate (3), a washer (9) and finally a fastening nut (4). The support (5) includes generally on its inner face a plurality of holes which are longitudinal with respect to the plate and transversal with respect to the rail in order to optimize its resilience. According to the invention, there are arranged in said hollows respective pairs of juxtaposed parts (1-2) geometrically adjusted and with an appropriate bearing angle in order to transmit the maximum of the side effort generated during the passage of the train in a direction axial to the tying screw (8).</p> |
