NOVEL ANTI-HIV RIBOZYMES

摘要

GUC and GUA ribozymes which cleave HIV RNA are provided. The ribozymes cleave HIV RNA in vitro and in vivo. When the ribozymes are expressed in cells, they inhibit HIV replication in the cells.
