Two centrally positioned circular pistons (K) rotating within a housing increase and decrease the interval between piston cam (A) and the cylinder axis of the second piston. In operation, piston (K) cam (A) takes in medium, using the other piston (Z) to close off the steadily increasing priming space. Cam (B) meanwhile forces the primed medium into the outlet to make ready for the next priming stroke.
