A continuous bulk unloader/reclaimer that utilizes a bucket conveyor chain (13) to remove cargo (11) from the hold (9) of vessels such as ships, barges, railroad cars, pits, stockpiles, etc. The conveyor chain (13) has components that guide it vertically outward and downward to extend the range of the digging loop (15).
