Extrusion equipment for plastic mass (M) used for foodstuffs, animal feed or pharmaceuticals (especially bread dough), comprises entry (3) and exit (4) openings in a housing (4) which contains a forwarding rotor (21) and a stripper comb (30). The rotor (21) carries a number of discs (22) and entrains the mass (M) by friction in the spaces between the discs. The discs (22) run through slits in the stripper comb (30) which penetrates into the spaces between the discs and guides the mass (M) towards the exit (4).
