A lever device of manual transmission for a car having the first vacuum booster and the first master cylinder between a shift rod and a shift lever, and the second vacuum booster and the second master cylinder symmetrically mounted in the opposite direction of the first vacuum booster and first master cylinder is disclosed. The first, second boosters are connected to a vacuum pump through a vacuum tank, and the first, second master cylinders is connected to a oil reservoir. Thereby, it is possible to easily shift the transmission lever, and to enlarge the car room space by shortening the length on the lever.
