The present invention relates to benzazepine derivatives of the general formula (I) in which A, D to F, X1 to X3 and R are defined as in claim 1, their tautomers, their stereoisomers and their mixtures and salts, especially their physiologically acceptable salts with inorganic or organic acids or bases, which have valuable pharmacological properties, preferably aggregation-limiting effects. Also disclosed are medicaments containing said compounds, their use and process for their production.
