According to the present invention holder attached on the sunvisor for automobile consists of the support rod(2) combined fixedly on the roof of automobile to be bent, the sunvisor(4) having a groove(6) on the front surface and combined rotatively with the support rod(2), the mirror(8) inserted into the groove(6), the hinge(10) projected longitudinally from the upper of the both sides of the groove(6), and the holder(12) rotating around the hinge(10) to cover or open the bottom side of the mirror(8) and simultaneously be able to put into the scratch paper(14) or other ticket. In the holder(12) opening(16) is formed widely so as to put into or take out the scratch paper, ticket and so on. The through hole(20) is formed on the upper of the opening(16) so that the scratch paper or ticket in the opening(16) are taken easily out.
