PRODUCTION AND MOLDING SYSTEM OF ELEMENTS OF CEMENT MATRIX, REINFORCED WITH GLASS FIBER

The present invention refers to the production and molding system of tridimensional elements of cement matrix, reinforced with glass fiber, in order to achieve tridimensional elements (4, 5, 6) using a combination of special materials, a structure combined with glass fiber (1) (mesh type) with a mixture of cement base paste with polymers (3) and reinforced with a resistant alcali glass fiber (2). The invented system permits an easy mechanical production of tridimensional elements (4, 5, 6) either moulded or sprayed (projected), for small thickness (from 6 to 20 mm). The tridimensional elements thus produced can be used either separately or in multi-layer elements connecting the mono-layer elements through non-rigid links (8). The created space between the two mono-layer elements (7) will be filled in with Perlite type of material, in order to promote the thermal insulation of the wall thus built.
