A main storage reservoir (2) contains the liquid to be dispensed. The reservoir contains a pressure control device (12) and there is a magnetic valve (3) at the bottom of the tank. A pipe passes from this valve to a releasable coupling (6) holding the end of a flexible hose (4). The far end of the hose holds a small container (7) which incorporates a pressure control device a sensor and a small intermediate chamber and is connected to the spray nozzle (8).
