In a process for operating a solar power station (2) with at least one solar steam generator (4) supplied with feed-water, the residual humidity (1-x) of the wet steam is adjusted at the output (12) of the solar steam generator (4) depending on the power (1-x) of the solar radiation. This measure largely avoids overheating of the solar steam generator (4).
