Support frame attached to wall

There is a fixed frame (2) which is fastened to the wall of a building by screws (11,13) emerging from flat plates (12) at the ends of bent tubes (9). There may be one tube with a fitting engaging the handlebars of the bicycle and a second tube engaging the saddle of the bicycle. The tubes are made up of two telescoping sections (6,8) and are hinged to the lower attachment points of the fixed tubes. There is a linkage with a central bar (5) and a telescopic spring element (7).
