摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin an arm part as well as to improve its rigidity, and besides, to reduce dustingness, in a conveyor system. SOLUTION: When an arm driving motor 16 is rotated, a first arm 20 rotates with the base end part as the turning center. On the basis of a rotation of this first arm 20, a driven pulley 22 and a driving gear 25 revolves with a turning center of the first arm 20 as the center. At this time, if a pulley driving motor 14 is stopped, the driven pulley 22 rotates via a belt 24 because a driving pulley 21 is stopped. A driven gear 28 in mesh with the driving gear 25 is turned by revolution of the driving gear 25 and revolution and rotation of the driven pulley 22, making a drive second arm 31 relatively turned to the first arm 20. A hand 34 constituting parallel linkage with this drive second arm 31 and a driven second arm 32 shifts in one direction by the turning of the drive second arm 31.
