PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a combination of arrangement arrays in an orientation in which the arrays are programmed as arranged by arranging an array of mold pieces for base curve supported by an array of arranged tubes rotated so that the array is faced at a correct angle in the indexing fashion, on an array of mold pieces for front, while sandwiching a specified amount of monomer in between. SOLUTION: A specified amount of monomer 10 is accumulated on a mold piece 31 for front curve from a precision injection nozzle 142 of a filling station 50, and a thin film of surfactant is formed on an annular flange 31a with the help of a front pad 21. When a pallet for a mold piece 33 for base cup comes to an assembly station, an arranged tube 71 is caused to descend. Further, the mold piece 33 for base cup is pulled up by the vacuum of a chamber 71a and is positioned in the correct angular direction in an indexing fashion. When the pallet for the mold piece 33 for base cup advances and a pallet for the mold piece 31 for front curve comes, the whole assembly station is vacuum- sucked to allow the descent of the arranged tube 71. Consequently, the mold piece 33 for base cup comes into contact with the monomer 10, so that the monomer 10 is spread all over the mold piece 33. |
