<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the channel efficiency by changing a band allocated to each virtual communication channel based on a transmission request signal used for the half-duplex communication. SOLUTION: The system is provided with cell assembling sections 11-1n assembling a transmission signal into a cell, a band management section 1 changing an allocated band of a virtual communication channel in response to a state of a transmission request signal, and cell loss priority control sections 21-2n controlling cell loss priority. Thus, the allocated band of a virtual communication channel to which the transmission request signal is not given is set to '0' to set the cell loss priority to '1'. Thus, a frequency band having been used for the virtual communication channel to which the transmission request signal is not given is used by other virtual communication channel.</p> |
