PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a body cosmetic material excellent in moisture keeping effect, massage effect and touch feeling by blending a silicone paste obtained by mulling a silicon elastomer with a dimethylpolysiloxane having a specific viscosity. SOLUTION: This body cosmetic material is obtained by blending a silicone paste obtained by mulling a silicone elastomer with an organopolysiloxane having 0.6-1000cSt viscosity at 25 deg.C. The silicone elastomer is a resin powder having mean primary particle diameters in 0.1-20μm range. The organopolysiloxane preferably has a viscosity at 25 deg.C especially in 6-30cSt range. As the organopolysiloxane, dimethylpolysiloxane excellent in touch feeling, cost and safety, is preferable. It is allowed to add a physiologically active component (e.g.; corticosteroids and caffeine), a silicone-based resin (e.g.; trimethylsiloxysilicic acid) or a powder (e.g.; a talc) to the silicone paste. The silicone paste is preferable blended by approximately 10-99 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. body cosmetic material.
