PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic polyester resin composition excellent in resistance to impact, welding properties and flowability. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by mixing (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic polyester resin with an intrinsic viscosity of >=0.55dl/g and a quantity of carboxylic end groups of >=30mm eq./kg and (B) 1-100 pts.wt. of a modified block copolymer in which a block copolymer has (b1 ) polymer blocks derivable mainly from an aromatic vinyl compound and (b2 ) polymer blocks derivable mainly from a conjugated diene compound, unhydrogenated or hydrogenated, and conjugated diene units of the copolymer are partly or wholly epoxidized in the same molecule. |
