PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving bean-curd refuse for a long period, capable of retaining freshness of bean-curd refuse as a material useful for human body in a state stabilized for a long time and re-utilizing as a raw material for fertilizer, feed or food. SOLUTION: Bean-curd refuse which is a by-product in producing bean curd is housed in a container capable of blocking air before temperature of bean-curd refuse becomes about <=75 deg.C and sterilized by remaining heat, and then, bean- curd refuse fermented by lactobacillus is packed or mixed into bean-curd refuse lowered to about <=40 deg.C and air is blocked or bean-curd refuse is sealed in a state in which air in the upper part in the container is excluded as much as possible to preserve the bean-curd refuse. |
