PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uniform the light distribution characteristics of an LED chip having different configurtations of each color, and to sharply increase the balance of color mixture when a variety of LED chips, having different light emitting colors, are mounted on the cap of a metal substrate. SOLUTION: A variety of LED chips 3 and 4, which emit different colors of light, are mounted in a plurality of cups 2a and 2b formed on metal substrates 1 and 1 in this module, and the LED chips 3 and 4 are covered by a lens 5. In this case, the light distribution characteristics are made uniform by setting at least one of the draw depth of the cups 2a and 2b, the configuration of the cups 2a and 2b and the configuration of the lens 5 corresponding to the configuration of the variety of LED chips 3 and 4. |
