PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure damping of tension of a wire material by holding the wire material with holding means, and elevating the holding means with elevation means with respect to a nozzle to adjust the amount of derivation of the wire material derived from the nozzle. SOLUTION: A clamper 8 includes a reception plate 14 and a pusher 15 as holding means for holding a wire material 21. Although the wire material 21 is in the state where it is held longitudinally with a tip end of the pusher 15 and a reception plate 14 formed frontally of the wire material 21, the pusher 15 being an expansion rod part of a pusher driving cylinder 20 is pushed out to the side of the reception plate 14 with driving of the pusher driving cylinder 20 whereby it is held between the reception plate 14 and the pusher 15. A servomotor 13 is controlled with a computer in the state where the wire material 21 is clamped, whereby the clamper 8 is elevated and the wire material 21 is taken out upward or downward so that the amount of derivation of the wire material 21 taken out from the nozzle 6 and the state of loosening of the same are correctly controlled. |
