<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a transmission performance such as improving a running feeling under an automatic transmission mode and enabling a fast and positive over-riding shift under a manual mode to be carried out. SOLUTION: There are provided an actuator 2A for a clutch, an actuator 3A for a gear shift, and a control means 11 for outputting an instruction signal to both actuators 2A, 3a in response to an operation of a shift operating means 4 so as to perform a manual transmission control in a remote controlling operation when a manual shift mode is set and for outputting an instruction signal to transmission stages for both actuators 2A, 3A in response to the number of rotation of an engine and an engine load under an automatic shift mode to perform an automatic transmission control, wherein the automatic transmission control is continued under a control of the control means 11 even if a clutch pedal is depressed and further the riding-over shift operation is carried out under a continuous operation of an up-down type shift operating means 4 when the manual shift mode is set.</p> |
