PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire wherein predetermined illumination characteristics are obtained, by suppressing deformation of a reflection plate at the time of attachment. SOLUTION: Socket bases 2 to each of which a lamp socket 3 is attached are provided on both lengthwise end parts of a luminaire body 1. The socket base 2 are adapted to protrude toward attachment of a reflecting plate 10 other than side end edges (λ)<+> of the luminaire body 1. Elongate hole shaped engagement holes 12 are provided in the main piece 10a of the reflecting plate 10 and latches 4 of latch fittings 5 attached so as to straddle widthwise the luminaire body 1 are locked on the periphery of the engagement holes 12 respectively. Further, the reflecting plate 10 is previously deformed such that its center part protrudes in the direction that parts from the luminiare body 1. That is, when the reflecting plate 10 has been attached to the luminaire body 1, a bend along the longitudinal direction of the reflecting body 10 and widthwise deformation are corrected and therefore illumination characteristics of the reflecting plate 10 can be obtained as designed. |
