PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart sealability excellent even after repeated uses to a seal member receiving part of separating member by burying an other member composed of the material harder than the demarcating member and locally fusing the boundary of the side parts of both. SOLUTION: In a seal member in which there is a difference in pressure between the inside and outside, a recessed part 8 is formed on a seal member receiving part in a separating member 6, and an other member 11 is burried in the recessed part 8. Next, only the boundary of the side parts of the base metal of separating member 6 and the other member 11 is irradiated with an electron beam or the like, and only the boundary part is locally fused. Since shrinkage at the time of cooling is not generated even in the case the fusing is executed, the flattening degree can be secured. As the base metal of separating member 6, Al alloy, particularly, Al-Mg base alloys are preferably used. As the other member 11, the one with >=100Hv harder than separating member 6 is preferably used, and precipitation hardening type alloys such as Al-Cu base alloys, Al-Mg-Si base alloys or the like are preferably used.
