PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fast during-over of a transmission to a desired starting stage to be carried out when a transmission shows a starting state or a fast manual changing-over of a transmission to a preferable starting stage to be carried out. SOLUTION: There are provided an actuator 2A for a clutch, an actuator 3A for a gear shift and a control means 11 for performing a manual transmission control under a remote controlling operation while outputting a signal to both actuators 2A, 3A in response to an operation of a shift operating means 4 during a manual shift mode and for performing an automatic transmission control while outputting a signal to a transmission stage and both actuators 2A, 3A in response to the number of rotation of an engine and a load of the engine during an automatic shift mode, wherein as the shift operating means 4, it has an up-down type operating lever 4A showing a neutral position, an automatic transmission position and a manual transmission position in this order and capable of applying a shift-up or shift-down operation from the manual transmission position, and when the starting operation is carried out, the operating lever 4A passes from the neutral position to the automatic transmission position within a short period of time and is operated to the manual transmission position, the transmission gear mechanism is kept at the neutral state by the control means 11. |
