PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously mold a foamed molding by making it possible to improve accurate metering and gas solubility in a molten resin. SOLUTION: Gas and a molten resin are agitated by repeatedly rotating and extruding a screw 2. The gas and the molten resin are agitated by first transferring the gas and the molten resin foreword of a heating cylinder containing a sleeve 7 with an outer peripheral groove by the rotation of the screw, transferring the gas and the molten resin rearward of the cylinder via the groove of the sleeve 7 by the extrusion of the screw, and repeatedly rotating and extruding by the screw. The injection in a mold cavity 6 is conducted by closing the hole for the resin channel coupled to the plurality of grooves of the sleeve by a needle valve 10, and then extruding the screw 2. |
