PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain clothing quick in recovery from hotness, refreshing and comfortable even in a slightly sweaty state, by using a cloth having an SB value and an SN value satisfying specific equations and a transport water amount equal to or larger than a prescribed value. SOLUTION: This clothing is obtained by using a cloth having an SB value satisfying equations I and II, an SN value satisfying equations III and IV and <=60% transport water amount and preferably unevenness caused by hydrophobic fibers on the surface, in which the height of the unevenness is >=10μm, the intervals of the projected parts are 50μm to 2mm, the layer of the hydrophobic fibers containing unevenness is >=30μm and <=1/2 the thickness of the whole cloth, a fiber packing ratio is 12 to 25% and a ventilation resistance is <=350KPa when the cloth contains a polyurethane, is <=200KPa when the cloth does not contain a polyurethane and the content of cellulosic fibers is >=20% and is <=150KPa when the cellulose does not contain a polyurethane and the content of the cellulosic fibers is <=20%.
