PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a hand pump mechanism to be attached outside a container to downsize the container by including a piston cap comprising a cylinder opened at upper and lower ends with its inside partitioned vertically by a partition wall and a manual cylinder with a tube having a length reaching a bottom of the container inserted at a lower end. SOLUTION: In ejecting shampoo liquid, when a manual cylinder 10 is pushed down, air in a pneumatic chamber 17 is pressure-fed into a container 2, the shampoo liquid in the container 2 rises in a tube 14 due to pneumatic pressure, and it is fed into a cylindrical shaft 12 through a suction valve 15. Then when the manual cylinder 10 is raised by a spring 16 from a position where a screw of the cylinder 10 is in contact with a stage 7a of a cap 7 of a piston cap 3, pressure in the pneumatic chamber 17 is reduced, and an atmosphere is sucked into the pneumatic chamber 17 through an intake port 9 and a ball valve 8. If the cylinder 10 is again pushed down, air is pressure-fed into the container 2 and the shampoo liquid is dispensed from a nozzle 11. |
