PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and the cost of the high voltage power supply device without increasing the circuit scale. SOLUTION: This device has an oscillator 201 which outputs a normal frequency (a low frequency), a modulation amplifying circuit 202 which modulates and amplifies the normal frequency in accordance with the monitor signals from a feedback circuit, a switching circuit 203 which drives a high voltage transformer 204 and a filtering circuit 205 which cuts off a switching frequency (a high frequency). The transformer 204, which is driven by the circuit 203, is superimposed with the output from the circuit 202. The output of the secondary side of the transformer 204, to which the switching frequency is superimposed, is inputted to the circuit 205 and only the normal frequency is outputted. The output of the transformer 204 is inputted to plural circuits 205. A second filtering circuit has the time constant which is larger than the time constant of the normal frequency and outputs a high voltage DC bias. A first filtering circuit has the time constant which is smaller than the time constant of the normal frequency and is larger than the time constant of a second frequency and outputs a high voltage AC bias. |
