<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dietary fiber-containing liqueur that is able to enhance intestine regulating effect characteristic of liqueurs, has the same taste, flavor and smell as whiskies, and is produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: This dietary fiber-containing liqueur comprises a mixture of whisky with water-soluble dietary fiber of 2.2vol.% based on the whisky, the water-soluble dietary fiber being preferably tasteless, odorless polydextrose powder, which is a kind of saccharide but does not taste sweet when a person drinks the liqueur because the polydextrose has a rough molecular structure. Therefore, when the dietary fiber-containing liqueur not only relaxes persons and improves their blood circulation when the persons drink the liqueur, but also has intestine regulation effect because the polydextrose accelerates action of the small intestine, etc.</p> |
