<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient control for taking a picture whose blur is extremely small. SOLUTION: A shake signal is outputted by detecting the shake condition of a camera by a shake detecting means 1. This shake signal is sampled by s sampling means 2 at a specified time interval, a shake judging means 3 judges an image blur condition on an image pickup surface from a camera shake condition, a photographic focal distance, an exposure time, etc., and the result is outputted to a shake reducing means 4. The means 4 controls the exposure operation of the camera, and decides the propriety of the exposure operation, and reduces the shake. A controlling means 5 controls the means 2 and changes the sampling period of the shake signal outputted by the means 1 based on the output of a camera operation condition judging means 6. A time measuring means 7 is connected to the means 5, and measures the time of the sampling period based on the information of the means 5.</p> |
