PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for introducing a communication opposite party able to introduce the communication opposite party corresponding to the change in a timewise use without causing partial introduction. SOLUTION: When a specific terminal equipment is designated as a retrieval condition, a high frequency transmission source group consisting of senders whose communication relation values such as the number of times of communication taking the specific terminal equipment as a destination are a 1st threshold level or over is retrieved, and a high frequency destination group consisting of destinations whose communication relation values such as the number of times of communication taking each sender belonging to the high frequency sender group as a destination are a 2nd threshold level or over is extracted and a destination whose communication relation values such as the mean communication frequency with each sender are a 3rd threshold level or over is introduced as a communication opposite party among destinations belonging to the high frequency destination group.
