PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor actuator which prevents dust particles from entering the bearing part of a stepping motor and in which a cover member can be removed simply by a method wherein a flange part which is installed integrally so as to be extended from the cover member is provided so as to cover a bearing, on the other side, which bears an output shaft. SOLUTION: A flange part 68 which is installed integrally so as to be extended from a cover member 6 is provided so as to cover a bearing, on the other side, which bears an output shaft. Thereby, the connecting terminal of a stepping motor 3 which constitutes a receptacle member in cooperation with a receptacle housing 5 can be protected. At the same time, the bearing, on the other side, of the stepping motor 3 is covered with the flange part 68 which is installed integrally at the cover member 6, and it is possible to effectively prevent dust particles from entering the bearing or to prevent an object from coming into contact with the bearing. Since the cover member 6 is freely detachable, the performance of the stepping motor 3 can be inspected easily when the cover member 6 is removed.
