PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the adjustment of the printing timing matched with a head moving time and to miniaturize a head. SOLUTION: A substrate 10 having a plurality of pressure chambers 11, the vibration plate fixed to the substrate 10 and the piezoelectric element 22 flatly fixed to the vibration plate are provided. The pressure chambers 11 are formed in an oblique direction with respect to a carriage direction and arranged in two rows so as to straightly stand in the oblique direction. Nozzles 12 are provided to the respective pressure chambers 11 in two rows so as to be arranged in the direction vertical to the carriage direction. The nozzles 12 are arranged zigzag so that the nozzles 12 of one nozzle row are positioned between the nozzles 12 of the other nozzle row in a nozzle pitch direction. The piezoelectric elements 22 are divided by grooves 23 formed in the oblique direction with respect to the carriage direction. |
