Process for obtaining wines and grape musts with a low tannins content In the conventional stages of stem removal, that is removal of the stems from bunches of grapes, and pip removal, the process comprises subjecting the resulting pulp to a deskinning stage, in which the skins are also removed, so that given that the skins carry a high content of tannins these do not pass into the must or consequently into the resulting wine. At the same time this removal of the grape skins makes it possible for the pulp to be subjected to a stage of centrifuging to separate the must from the solid residues of the said pulp.
