<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an infrared gas detector which is simple, easy to use, and calibrated with high precision. SOLUTION: This infrared gas detector is equipped with a detection part consisting of a light source 10, a measurement cell 11, a photodetection part 12, and an electric circuit and a ventilation part consisting of a 1st three-way solenoid valve 14 arranged on the upstream side of the measurement cell 11 and a suction pump 15 arranged on the downstream side of the measurement cell 11, and so constituted as to admit sample gas and reference gas to the measurement cell 11 alternately. In this case, a ventilation circuit for calibration which consists of a 2nd three-way solenoid valve 16, a buffer tube 18, a 3rd three-way solenoid valve 19, and a calibration gas entrance 12 arranged in series is provided on the sample gas intake side of the 1st three-way solenoid valve 14, one entrance of the 2nd three-way solenoid valve 16 is connected to the sample gas entrance 20, and the other entrance of the 3rd three-way solenoid valve 19 is connected to a reference gas entrance 17.</p> |
