PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-making device preventing a film from sticking to a welding material, by appropriately giving a peeling force to the film after the film has been welded with the welding material. SOLUTION: A heat-welding member 29, an opposite borad 31 thereof, a driving plate 37 forming a pressing member 29 for the heat-welding part, and an opposite board 41 thereof, are provided at the vertical movable part. The driving plate 37 and the opposite board 41 execute repeatedly a box-motion. An ultrasonic welding member with a horn 46 and an anvil 47 is provided at the lower part. After the ultrasonic welding has been completed and the horn and the anvil have been separated, the driving plate 37 and the opposite board 41 are raised a little from the position 4 to the position 5 in the state they are mutually attached to each other with a pressure. Since the film 1 is raised while being held by the driving plate 37 and the opposite board 41, when they are raised a little, the film can be securely peeled out of the horn 46. |
