PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign a large number of transmission bands to other media than a voice media by converting text information into a voice signal synchronously with other media information, based on a synchronization information. SOLUTION: A voice signal is given to a voice text conversion and attribute addition section 3, the voice signal is converted into a text and attribute information is added to the text to obtain text information. On the other hand, a video signal is given to a video encoder 5, in which the signal is coded. Then synchronization information synchronizing the video signal with an audio signal is informed from the video encoder 5 to a synchronization information addition section 6, in which synchronization information is added to the voice signal. The video information and the text information via the video encoder 5 or the like are transferred to a synchronization information read section 11. The synchronization information read section 11 transfers the text information to an attribute information read and text voice conversion section 12 in a timing based on the synchronization information and the synchronization information read from the text information and the text information is converted into the voice signal at the conversion section 12. |
