摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter mechanism that is extremely high performance, aside from being inexpensive in cost, having a combined strong point inherent in a 'fixed edge + round edgeβtype cutter mechanism andαround edge + round edgeβtype cutter mechanism. SOLUTION: This cutter mechanism is provided with a pair of rotary and opposite cutters 3 and 4 which are a circular type each and pivoted rotatably, thereby securing a rotation at a constant period due to a movement of a cutter holder 2, and in this constitution, and outer peripheral edge of the opposite cutter 4 is made so as to almost accord with a paper grounding surface of a mount part of cut paper, and a contact point between the rotary cutter 3 and the opposite cutter 4 almost accord with the grounding surface of the mount part, and further the opposite cutter 4 so as to be situated more ahead in the forward direction than the rotary cutter 3 respectively, the rotary cutter 3 and the opposite cutter 4 are installed there. The cutter holder 2 is in a form astride the mount part 1a, and its forward direction side is opened so as to have a cutting edge of a cutter exposed. The cutter holder 2 is reciprocatively shiftable by a traveling route. In this connection, a frame 1, this traveling route and the mounting part 1a are integrally constituted. The cutter holer 2 is conveyed by a conveying means.</p>
