PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluorocarbon composition comprising a resin and/or rubber and fluorocarbon, having semiconductivity and nontackiness and high dielectric constant, high in electrification efficiency and transfer efficiency, excellent in sheet transportability, thus useful for e.g. facsimiles. SOLUTION: This fluorocarbon composition comprises a resin (pref. fluororesin) and/or rubber (pref. fluororubber) and a fluorocarbon, and has the following characteristics: having semiconductivity and nontackiness and a dielectric constant of >=10 at 25 deg.C and 1kHz. Besides, it is preferable that the fluorocarbon is produced by fluorinating carbon black at 200-600 deg.C and it is a mixture of perfectly fluorinated fluorocarbon and slightly fluorinated fluorocarbon with the molar ratio F/C being <=0.1, and capable of controlling its volume resistivity within a range of 10<4> to 10<12>Ωcm and also of controlling its intraplanar variation within one order. |
