PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laminated products excellent in durability and quality, for example, building materials and the like with improved safety by using a water-based adhesive of a specific urethane through a contact bonding procedure as high productivity is maintained. SOLUTION: The substrate constituting a laminated product is coated with a water-based adhesive on its adherent surface and dried. Then, both adherend surfaces are joined and adhered by pressing. At this adhesion, a water-based adhesive is used, which mainly comprises a polyester-polyurethane emulsion having a polyester skeleton in the main chain and gives an adhesive layer with a shear storage modulus of 5×10<4> -4×10<5> Pa at 50 deg.C and of >=2×10<4> Pa at 180 deg.C. The polyester-polyurethane used in this procedure is preferably prepared by reaction of an isocyanate with a polyester-polyol.
