PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which has superior properties such as take-up, easy slippage and handling and also, other properties such as electro magnetic conversion, dropout, traveling of a magnetic layer and durability. SOLUTION: This laminated film consists of a coated layer B containing a particle B of a core shell structure comprising a more pliable outer part than an inner part with an average grain size (dB) of 5-100nm and a volumetric shape factor of 0.1-π/6, and water resin, laminated on, at least one of the faces of a thermoplastic resin layer A which substantially does not contain an inert particle. In addition, the average grain size (dB) (nm) of the particle B, the grain size (dcB) (nm) of the core part of the particle B and the layer thickness (tB) (nm) of the coated layer B satisfy formulae 1.01<=dB/dcB<=3.0, 0.05<=tB/ dcB<=0.8, simultaneously. Further, the frequency of a surface protrusion consisting of the particle B is (1×10<6> )-(1×10<8> )pcs/mm<2> , and the frequency of the protrusion which is formed of the macroaggregate of the particle B and is at least 0.5μm high is 50pcs/cm<2> or less.
