PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mail server system in which the cost of each mail server is suppressed and the processing capability of the entire system is enhanced and which copes easily with fluctuation in the required processing capability with high reliability. SOLUTION: The system is made up of a plurality of mail servers 1 which select bulletin board information in response to a request from each communication terminal equipment 2 among stored sets of bulletin board information and sends the selected bulletin board information to the request source communication terminal equipment and up of a mail host device 3 storing common bulletin board information, and each mail server 1 makes communication with the mail host device 3 to receive difference information from the mail host device 3 in the case that there is the difference information between the common bulletin board information and the bulletin board information stored in itself and adds the difference information to the bulletin board information stored in itself. |
