PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To moderate the impact by a seat belt by erecting two kinds of cushioning members capable of locking and releasing to insert an upper end swollen part, placing a sliding plate having a keyseat-shaped hole and an elliptic hole on a hanger, and connecting a connecting ring to the hanger. SOLUTION: A sliding plate 5 is placed on the recessed part 4 of a hanger 3. This device has a bracket 1 installed to a seat board, and a connecting ring 10 having an elliptic hole 9 connected to the bracket 7 through a connecting body 8. The connecting ring 10 has cushioning member 11, 12, and a swollen part 13 and a swollen part 14 are provided on the upper ends of the cushioning member 11 and the cushioning member 12, respectively. The recessed part 4 of the hanger 3 has a through-hole, the sliding plate 5 has a keyseat-shaped hole and a center-swollen elliptic hole, and the swollen part 13 of the cushioning member 11 is inserted to the keyseat-shaped hole of the sliding plate 5 through the through-hole of the hanger 3. The swollen part 14 of the cushioning member 12 is inserted to the center-swollen elliptic hole of the sliding plate 5 through the through-hole of the hanger 3 and erected. Thus, the impact of collision can be moderated to various body weights. |
