PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deviation of a center position between an image forming body and an image exposure means and to easily detach them at the time of producing the image forming body or at the time of exchanging it or at the time of maintenance by assembling an image forming body unit incorporating the image exposure means under temperature environment higher than ordinary temperature at the time of assembling. SOLUTION: In the case of forming an image forming body unit 100, a ball bearing member 123 as either integrating member is fit in the inner peripheral surface of the light transmissive base substance of a photoreceptor drum 10 and an image forming body driving member 125 as the other integrating member is fit in the inner peripheral surface of the light transmissive base substance of the drum 10. In such a case, they are respectively fit after they are exposed under the temperature environment higher than the ordinary temperature such as 50 deg.C to 120 deg.C for 30 minutes to one hour, and cooled with cooling air. Thus, the inside diameter of the light transmissive base substance of the drum 10 is larger than the outside diameter of the respective integrating members 123 and 125, and the integrating members 123 and 125 are respectively easily fit in the light transmissive base substance in the case of assembling the unit 100 and easily detached in the case of separation. |
