<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an error and to execute accurate tracking by executing tracking by measuring the speed of a sheet with a tracking arithmetic unit and correcting it by correction facter which is calculated with a learning/correcting device when a joined point is detected by load variation of a pressure gage with a signal monitoring device. SOLUTION: With the signal monitoring device 11, the arrival of the weld zone between eel sheets is detected from the measured value with the detector of the pressure gage provided on each rolling mill and the passage signal of the weld zone is outputted. With the tracking arithmetic unit 10, the sheet speed is detected with a sheet speedometer provided on the outlet side of the rolling mill for recognizing the passage of the weld zone by the passage signal of the weld zone and this detected value is corrected by a predetermined correction factor. An error ratio is calculated by the ratio of the integral value of the sheet speed detected with the sheet speedometer to the preset distance data in the rolling mill and the correction factor for correcting the measured value of the sheet speed in the next joined steel sheet is decided with the learning/correcting device 8. In this way, the error is reduced by highly accurate correction and the accurate tracking of the weld zone between the rolled stocks is executed.</p> |
