SOLUTION: Inside right and left banks of a vertically installed V-type engine, an exhaust system is provided, an intake pipe is provided outside banks. And a surge tank 10 which is communicated to each of the right and the left intake pipes is provided separately right and left in front of the engine 10. Then, on a central part of an intake passage 9 to which the right and the left surge tanks are connected, an upward throttle body 62 is provided, and a engine auxiliary devices 81, 86 and 87 are provided between right and left surge tanks on the lower side of this throttle body.
