PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting unit equipped with a monitoring camera capable of monitoring the cutting part in the course of cutting a workpiece with a cutting means provided with a spheroidal cutting edge. SOLUTION: In this cutting unit having a spheroidal cutting edge 8 cutting a workpiece attached to a rooter 6, and a monitoring means equipping a CCD camera 25 photographing for monitoring a state of the workpiece to be cut by this spheroidal cutting edge 8, the spheroidal cutting edge 8 and an optical axis 25a of the CCD camera 25 are set up as being inclined each in a direction opposite mutually to a surface of the workpiece. When the spheroidal cutting edge 8 and the optical axis 25a of the CCD camera 25 are set up after having them inclined at an optional angle within the range of 10 to 20 degrees to a perpendicular with the workpiece surface, a cutting state of a wiring pattern of a high density mounted printed circuit board can be easily observed by the monitor. |
